oh, i'd nearly forgotten.
“Now stand still!” Olenna commanded a servant as she placed a fourth plate on their head. Yes, the old woman truly had nothing better to do. Well actually she kind of did. Olenna had requested to have a small meal with Lord Tyrion, which he accepted. Not that he had a choice. It was Olenna Tyrell, nobody ever had a choice with her. And of course she was waiting for him and grew impatient after the first two minutes of sitting at the table in the garden. And really? Could they not eat her somewhere else in this place? Just because she came from HighGARDEN did not mean she wanted to sit in a garden for the majority of her day at King’s Landing. Surely there were other places that were available to her. Though they probably did it to contain the old woman, after all she wasn’t known for keeping things peaceful for very long. That was too boring. “Ah ha! Four! Wanna go for five?” Olenna asked the servant, her voice edging on excitement. And of course the servant didn’t have a choice. She pivoted herself around her cane to grab another plate when she spotted Lord Tyrion coming towards the table. “Well hello, I’m so grateful you can grace me with your presence,” Olenna stated jokingly, putting the plate down and sitting down on the chair. The chair she was supposed to be sitting in to begin with. She looked over at the servant. “Do you wish to keep him here?” Of course they can always send him to check on their refreshments and food, but they had others for that. The Lannisters were not short of servatns around the place.

those are brave men knocking at our door, let's go kill them
”Ah ha! Four! Wanna go for five?” Well, it wasn’t what Tyrion had been expecting to see when he walked into the garden to have a meal with Olenna Tyrell, but he couldn’t say he was surprise either. The Tyrells were certainly a.. perplexing family. Though Tyrion supposed that was a subject he didn’t really have much rights to speak about. Whatever was going on in that house, at least it’s members weren’t trying to kill one another off. In fact most of them had been nothing but pleasant towards everyone. Though Tyrion knew there was something going on. That was why he was very curious what it was the Queen of Thornes desired to speak to him about. ”Well hello, I’m so grateful you can grace me with your presence.” ”I was flattered to receive your invitation.” Tyrion responded, keeping a similar tone. He sat down across from the woman when she did finally decide to sit down, glancing over at the server as she spoke. The poor guy looked rightly terrified. ”Do you wish to keep him here?” ”Only if you have a desire to see how many plates you can break before the food arrives.” It really didn’t matter to him.

oh, i'd nearly forgotten.
I was flattered to receive your invitation. “You should be, you are the only Lannister I extended an invitation to, to come to this ever so wonderful garden.” Olenna used heavy sarcasm when describing the garden. For one they had better in Highgarden and two she was getting sick of seeing it. You would think they would place her somewhere every now and then. Wouldn’t want to anger the in-law. Especially one like Olenna. She was very resourceful when miffed. Can only imagine what she would be like completely angered. The woman didn’t have a quick temper, it was slow and evolving. Only if you have a desire to see how many plates you can break before the food arrives. “Well that was the goal…” Olenna muttered, sighing loudly. She waved at the waiter, so that he could take the plates off his head and back on the table. “I guess I shouldn’t’ destroy too much property, after all it will belong to my granddaughter one day. Though heaven help her if she’s concerned with plates.” Seriously, if her granddaughter was concerned with plates over manipulation that future husband then Margaery needed more training. Clearly. Olenna could care less about the plates. But she was supposed to make nice. And breaking plates was probably not on the list of things to do to make nice. Olenna was used to making nice. She was used to saving face and all of that. However in her old age Olenna had grown impatient. Saving face and making nice was becoming difficult.
